Becoming a Modwella nurse is a fresh and exciting way to grow your nursing career.
If you're a licensed nurse looking for more flexibility, independence, and a deeper connection with patients, Modwella could be a perfect fit. Through hands-on training and real-world support, their programs help you build the skills you need to succeed in both IV wellness care and aesthetic medicine.
Let’s kick things off by looking at how Modwella trains the modern nurse.
Choose Your Path with Modwella Training
At Modwella, we’re a place where nurses come to grow. Our nurse education system, called The Modwella Method™, gives you hands-on, real-world training that actually prepares you for modern patient care. We teach you the clinical skills, communication strategies, and concierge-style service that today’s clients expect. From there, you can follow one of two tracks based on what inspires you most.
If you’re interested in learning how to perform cosmetic injections, Modwella Aesthetics™ is the program for you. We focus on facial anatomy, injectable techniques, and how to create lasting client relationships through trust and expertise.
If you’re more passionate about IV therapy, wellness medicine, and mobile care, Modwella Medical™ is where you’ll thrive. We’ll help you strengthen your IV skills, feel confident in home-based care, and deliver meaningful wellness treatments to people who need them.
No matter which path you choose, we’ll help you build a career you love.
What You Need to Get Started
To become a Modwella nurse, you need to have the right credentials, skills, and mindset. We’re looking for professionals who are both clinically sharp and client-focused. Our programs are open to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who hold an active license.
We also look for nurses who have real-world experience. Whether you’ve worked in a hospital, infusion clinic, or outpatient setting, your hands-on knowledge of patient care matters. If you’ve had experience working independently or providing home health services, even better.
Beyond the certifications, we’re looking for people who genuinely care. Our nurses are warm, professional, and confident. They’re comfortable working solo, know how to manage their time, and take pride in delivering a great client experience.
If that sounds like you, you’re already ahead of the game.
What to Expect from Our Training and Onboarding
Once you're accepted into one of our programs, we set you up with all the tools and training you need to succeed.
Modwella Medical™ is built for experienced registered nurses with strong IV skills. Our training focuses on refining those skills to match Modwella’s high standards. We’ll walk you through safe IV drip setups, how to administer vitamin injections, and protocols for NAD+, iron infusions, and more. We also cover client intake and safety workflows, like pre-visit paperwork and health assessments, so you’re confident delivering fully tailored care in any home environment.
We know that even experienced nurses benefit from structure, so onboarding includes clinical refreshers, mobile care guidance, and real-time support to make your first shifts seamless.
If your passion is in the cosmetic side of nursing, Modwella Aesthetics™ is our dedicated injector training program. This is a state-of-the-art, two-day course that covers both beginner and advanced facial techniques. You’ll learn facial anatomy, master aesthetic injections like Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and get hands-on training with live models. From crow’s feet to migraine relief protocols, we prepare you to start injecting with skill and confidence right away.
How to Apply and What Happens Next
We’ve made the process of becoming a Modwella nurse clear, straightforward, and supportive from day one.
To get started, head to our Join Us page and fill out the application. You’ll send your resume and BLS to your state-specific email, outline your clinical experience, and share a bit about why you’re interested in either Modwella Medical™ or Modwella Aesthetics™. We review each application personally and look for candidates who align with our standards of care and professionalism.
We are actively hiring in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. If you're licensed and located in one of these states, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview. This is a chance for us to get to know you and for you to ask questions about the role, schedule, and expectations. For injectors, we may ask for photos of past work or discuss your comfort level with facial anatomy and neurotoxins. For nurses focused on IV therapy, we’ll talk through your clinical background and experience with mobile care.
Once accepted, you’ll begin onboarding and training. You’ll get access to protocols, tools, and one-on-one support to help you feel confident from your very first shift.
