The Modwella Mission
At Modwella, we’re on a mission to rewrite the rules of medical aesthetics —bringing safe, expert treatments out of the clinic and into the places you call home. We believe that true beauty and wellness shouldn’t be confined by four walls; they belong wherever you feel most comfortable and cared for.
We empower our network of medical professionals to build thriving, autonomous practices. By combining in-depth injection training, hands-on experience, and seamless technology with flexible scheduling, we eliminate the roadblocks that keep talented clinicians from growing their careers. No more rigid shifts or long commutes—just a chance to serve your community on your own terms, leveraging your years of experience.
Our vision is a coast-to-coast collective of Modwella Providers delivering personalized aesthetic experiences—from precise neurotoxin and IV therapy sessions to advanced med-spa treatments. We strive to create a world where every client can tap into high-quality care at home, and every provider can expand their expertise, income, and impact without compromise.

Sign up for a Modwella Method neurotoxin certification course. We train and equip you with everything you need to get started injecting right away, including marketing and social media support to help grow your business.
The cost of our neurotoxin cosmetic injecting course is $2,000. The course includes one full day of didactic lecture, followed by 4-5 hours of hands-on injecting with live models. We certify you in both beginner and advanced, upper and lower face neurotoxin injections. The second part of the course is a day's worth of online training and videos to help solidify your new knowledge. If you continue injecting for Modwella, we include complimentary in-person refresher courses in various locations throughout the country (Utah, Idaho, Texas, Northern and Southern California, Arizona, Tennessee and more to come).
Great! We don’t require you to complete our training program. You will just need to show proof of upper and lower face neurotoxin certification that includes hands-on injecting practice.
Absolutely! But for safety reasons, you will be limited to only injecting areas you have completed prior hands-on training in. We do offer discounted rates on our Modwella Method training program if you have completed prior upper face training and would like to get lower face certified.
We are located in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Training courses are primarily held at our corporate office in Lehi, Utah, which allows us to provide a consistent training experience for everyone and extensive hands-on practice. Refresher courses are typically held in each state.
We use a commission based pay scale which allows for uncapped potential with each appointment. We also offer bonuses when certain targets are met. On average, our injectors make around $90 - $150 per appointment, and upwards of $500+ with group events.
Yes! One of Modwella’s primary goals is to empower healthcare professionals to create a career they love outside of the traditional healthcare model. We have opportunities to grow into leadership positions within the company, as well as expand your expertise into other concierge services including but not limited to: microneedling, chemical peels, IV therapy, lab draws, hormone management, and medically assisted weight loss.
This is a 1099 position. We don’t withhold taxes and recommend that you start your own LLC when joining Modwella. This allows for you to write off work associated expenses and travel.
All Modwella contractors are included in our company wide malpractice policy.
We provide you with everything you need to get started injecting right away, including the product which we ship directly to you.
Our comprehensive EMR system is designed specifically for mobile cosmetic appointments. It allows you to document patient treatments, compare before and after photos, message with your clients, and include our aesthetic medical directors in the appointment for oversight and recommendations.
Open to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with an active license (prerequisites apply).
