Botox® at home, explained
Modwella brings anti-wrinkle injections to your door. We call it "Tox." Our injectors use neuromodulators such as XEOMIN® and JEUVEAU®. People often call any of these "Botox®," which is one brand in the same family.
Neuromodulators are a non-surgical way to soften the look of wrinkles. A small amount is injected into specific facial muscles. It temporarily blocks the nerve signals that make those muscles contract, so the skin above them looks smoother. These products are FDA-approved for specific cosmetic uses.
What is Xeomin®?

What to expect at an in-home Tox visit
- Book. Text us or book online.
- Consultation. You have a face-to-face consultation with our aesthetic medical director, who reviews your history and goals.
- Your injector arrives. A certified registered nurse injector comes to your home, maps the treatment, and walks you through each step before, during, and after.
- Treatment. The injections themselves take minutes. Most clients get back to their day right away.
- Results. Cosmetic results are typically visible within two weeks. Individual results vary.

Pricing: per unit
We charge per unit. The price per unit varies by state, so check your state page when you book. The number of units depends on the area and your goals. Typical ranges:
- Forehead lines: about 10 to 20 units
- Crow's feet: about 12 to 24 units
- Frown lines: about 10 to 25 units

Who it's for, and who should wait
Good candidates are generally adults 18 and older who are healthy and want to soften lines such as forehead lines, frown lines, or crow's feet.
Neuromodulators are not for everyone. Tell your injector if you are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of a neuromuscular disease such as myasthenia gravis. The medical director reviews your history before treatment.
Side effects and aftercare
Side effects can include temporary bruising or redness at the injection site. Your injector reviews all potential side effects during your consultation. How often people book
Neuromodulator treatments are generally repeated every three to four months to maintain results. Timing depends on individual factors like muscle strength and metabolism.

Before your appointment
Tell your injector about any medications or supplements you take, recent cosmetic treatments, and any upcoming events. Arrive with a clean face if you can. Plan your Tox about two weeks ahead of a wedding, photos, or a trip, since results take time to show.
