Structured Onboarding & IV Therapy Protocols
Experienced focus: We seek experienced Registered Nurses with proven IV insertion skills, but also provide structured clinical onboarding to align techniques with Modwella standards covering safe IV drip setups, administering vitamin injections, NAD+/iron infusions and wellness protocols.
Pre-appointment workflows: Nurses are trained to guide clients through pre-visit paperwork and health assessments to ensure safe and tailored care.
Ongoing Education & Advanced Training
Continuous Learning: Nurses stay current through advanced IV medicine training and wellness updates ensuring safe and effective delivery.
Holistic wellness focus: Training includes broader wellness education so nurses can discuss hydration, immune support, and lifestyle best practices with clients.

Brand ambassador skills: Nurses learn to promote Modwella's services through social media, local networking, and partnerships with nearby businesses.

Apply for the Modwella Medical™ program. One of our team members will reach out and schedule an interview. If a partnership between you and Modwella is a good fit, pay the fee and get your training scheduled. We'll train and equip you with everything you need to get started right away, including supplies and marketing and social media support to help grow your business.
The cost of our Modwella Medical™ training program is $500-699, state dependent. The program includes one online pre-training course, a half day of in-person didactic lecture, followed by 3-4 hours of hands-on clinical training. There will be 2-3 follow-up training courses online to finish covering education materials and ensure knowledge and comprehension of our protocols.
We are located in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Training courses are primarily held at a location near you and your team manager.
We use a commission based pay scale which allows for uncapped potential with each appointment. We also offer bonuses when certain targets are met and an increasing payscale model when goals are met.
Yes! One of Modwella’s primary goals is to empower healthcare professionals to create a career they love outside of the traditional healthcare model. We have opportunities to grow into leadership positions within the company, as well as expand your expertise into other concierge services including but not limited to: microneedling, chemical peels, neurotoxin injections and skin care.
This is a 1099 position. We don’t withhold taxes and recommend that you start your own LLC when joining Modwella. This allows for you to write off work associated expenses and travel.
All Modwella contractors are included in our company wide malpractice policy.
We provide you with everything you need to get started right away. Based on where you live, we'll work with you to find the best way to receive equipment and supplies.
Our comprehensive EMR system is designed specifically for mobile concierge appointments. It allows you to document patient treatments, compare before and after photos, message with your clients, and it includes our medical directors in the appointment for oversight and recommendations. We only use HIPPA compliant processes and systems.
Open to registered nurses and nurse practitioners with an active license (prerequisites apply).
