Booking, payment and cancellations
Appointments are booked through our booking system. Prices on this site are starting prices and may change. Payment, cancellation and late fees follow the terms shown when you book [link or summary of the cancellation policy].
Mod Membership
Memberships have a 3-month minimum. After that, you may cancel with help from your nurse. Mod Money applies only to eligible services and expires 12 months after you cancel. Full membership terms are given at sign-up.
