About regenerative medicine at Modwella
Modwella offers placental cord blood–derived stem cell and exosome products. They come from donated placental cord blood, never from embryos. Our goal is to support your body's natural recovery processes with high-quality, ethically sourced biologics.

Where it starts: a consultation
Regenerative medicine at Modwella always starts with a conversation, not a booking button. Text 385-300-1821 or book a consultation. A Modwella nurse or provider walks you through the science, the safety information, and realistic expectations, so you can make an informed decision.
During the consultation, your provider reviews your health history and goals and confirms whether you are a candidate. If you are not, they will tell you.
How it is administered
Modwella offers stem cell and exosome products by three routes. Your provider and nurse review the options, dosage, and suitability with you.
- Intravenous (IV). An infusion for systemic delivery. It includes our Revive IV formulation of vitamins, minerals, and medications. IV administration may be performed in a mobile setting.
- Intramuscular (IM). An injection into the muscle.
- Intra-articular (IA) joint injection. Performed only in Modwella's treatment room in Lehi, Utah, by a trained provider.
Options can be combined in one treatment, with a minimum of 2 mL and a maximum of 6 mL.
Safety and quality
- Donated and processed in Utah under state-authorized guidelines.
- Donors are highly screened first-time mothers.
- Each vial includes a safety and testing profile for that specific lot.
- Third-party testing screens for contaminants and transmissible diseases.
- No culturing or replication of cells.
What to expect at a mobile IV visit
- Consultation and consent. You review and sign informed consent before anything is scheduled.
- Scheduling. Your provider coordinates with your nurse to schedule your visit.
- Your nurse arrives. A licensed nurse comes to your home or office, sets up, and stays through the infusion.
- Follow-up. Your care team checks in afterward and answers questions.
Questions worth asking any provider
Whether you choose Modwella or someone else, ask these before any regenerative treatment:
- Where does the product come from, and how is it screened and tested?
- Is it cultured or expanded?
- What does the lot's testing profile show?
- What is the regulatory status of this product in my state?
- What are the known risks, and what is still unknown?
State availability

Who should not book without talking to their doctor
If you are pregnant, are being treated for cancer, have an active infection, or take immune-suppressing medication, talk with your own doctor before considering any regenerative therapy. Never stop or delay a treatment your doctor has prescribed in favor of an investigational one.
Preparing for your consultation
Bring a list of your medications, supplements, allergies, and past procedures. Bring any recent imaging or lab reports that relate to your goals. Write down your questions in advance. Your provider will be clear about what is known, what is not, and whether this therapy is appropriate for you.
